The Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs Annual

Fall Crawl
September 6th & 7th 2008

This will be a weekend of family fun on and off the trails at the Field & Forest Recreation Center in Hancock NH. The event is open to all members of NEA4WDC Member Clubs. There will be trail rides on private land as well as Class VI roads on Saturday (please see the listing below) and after the ride we will enjoy a BBQ feast. After we chow down, we will have a raffle with proceeds going to support the Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs. Following the raffle there will be entertainment or you are more than welcome to mingle amongst the various group campsites. On Sunday morning, those who did not Pre-Register for Sunday only, will be given the opportunity to signup for the trail you would like to ride that day and it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. If those who Pre-Registered for Sunday Only have already filled a trail selection then you will have to select another trail.

Riding the trails is free (donations gladly accepted); however there is an all-inclusive charge for camping, t-shirts, and the BBQ.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS AUGUST 23rd!

**Please remember we do have more clubs so please get your registrations in on time and as soon as possible.**

Event Registration Fee:

The all-inclusive fee which includes 2 nights of camping, BBQ, Sunday morning Continental Breakfast, event sticker, and event t-shirt is $50 per person and is non-negotiable.

The BBQ will include the following:
Country style ribs, kielbasa, burgers, dogs, mac salad, potato salad, slaw, and salad. Other items may pop up but so far this is the official menu.

Children 6-12 are $20

Children 5 and under free

T-Shirts
Event T-shirts are included in the Event Registration but you will need to indicate your sizes and color choices on your Signup Sheet. The colors this year will be Dark Green or Purple.

Trails:
SATURDAY: All Trail requests are on a first-come-first-serve basis using the Signup Sheet. Please note once you sign up for a trail you will be locked into that decision unless you receive authorization from Scott Hatch prior to Saturday. In addition the Trail Leader and/or Scott Hatch reserves the right to recommend that you switch to a different trail if they feel during tech inspection that you do not meet the necessary requirements for the trail you've requested. Please respect their recommendation for the sake of others who would be on the trail with you and to be fair to all who sign up.

SUNDAY: If you are only attending on Sunday you can and should pre-register for your selection. Please be advised that you will need to arrive Sunday morning prior to your group leaving for the trail or you will forfeit your registration. If for any reason you will be late you need to contact your Trail Leader or Scott Hatch, otherwise your spot will be given to someone who is on the waiting list. For all others, TRAIL SIGN UPS WILL BE CONDUCTED SUNDAY MORNING @ 8:00AM and WILL AGAIN BE FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE!

**We may be adding additional selections as Scott is waiting on confirmations but as trails come available they will be open for new registrations only.
